* All About Hair:
1. Dry & Frizzy Hair Problem?
Having smooth hairs is perhaps the dream of everyone. Dry hairs occur when your hair does not receive enough moisture. If you too are dealing with it, don’t you worry! I got some solutions.
[a] Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is one of the most well known remedies for dry hair. It is a great source of vitamin E & proteins. It also prevents hair breakage and contributes to hair length. Applying coconut oil to your hair can help get rid of split ends. All you have to do is massage some coconut oil into your scalp with your finger tips gently for 5-7 minutes. This will help to increase blood circulation and also strengthens your hairs.
[b] Egg Mask.
Eggs are rich in vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin B6, calcium, phosphorus and selenium. Eggs provide the best quality of protein and nourishes and promotes healthy hair. Eggs help strengthen the hair follicles. They make the hair smooth, silky, shiny and even increase resistance to breakage.
All you have to do is mix one teaspoon of almond oil & an egg yolk. Apply the mixture throughout the hair and leave it for 1 hour and then wash it off with cold water.
* Dealing with dandruff?
Dandruff may occur due to several causes such as dry skin, shampooing too often or sensitivity to hair care products. Dandruff may cause acne on forehead. There are solutions with which dandruff can be reduced to a really noticeable amount and if you tend to continue a certain method you will get rid of dandruff.
[a] Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil is useful in many of the problems. One of them is dandruff. All you can do is mix some drops of tea tree oil to the shampoo you use before 5 mins of shampooing. This method may help you to get rid of dandruff.
The tea tree oil I’d like to recommend here is; “Soulflower essential oil tea tree”
[b] Coconut Oil
As mentioned above, coconut oil is really very useful in remedies of dry hair. To remove dandruff, apply coconut oil to your hair. It will be of more use if you warm up your oil a little for about 2 mins and then apply it to your scalp by gently massaging it. This will help to moisturize your dry scalp as well as gives relief from itching.
* Wanna Boost Up Your Hair Growth?
Long hair is one of the best qualities of a beautiful woman. Hair is the crowning glory of our looks, both literally and figuratively. Long and gorgeous tresses are every girls dream. Maintaining long and lustrous hair is not a one day or one week task. To get long hairs quickly you should try some tips. I personally experienced them and so I am sharing is up with you all.
[a] Give Yourself A Head Massage Regularly:
Hair massage is really very essential for the blood circulation. It improves the rate of hair growth. Massage your hair for 4-5 mins straight everyday. The method I tried was really very useful in promoting hair growth. All you have to do is lay down on your bed/couch and keep your head upside down (half in air and half on bed) and massage it for 4-5 mins regularly. Trust me guys this is really a very good and effective way of hair growth.
[b] Castor Oil
Boost your hair growth by massaging some castor oil on your scalp for about 2-3 times a week. Castor oil is very helpful in promoting hair growth. And if you wanna try my method, here it is:
Take a bowl. Add two table spoon of coconut oil followed by one table spoon of castor oil. Then add 2 capsules of Vitamin E into the mixture. You don’t have to add whole capsules in it. With the help of a pointed object, make a hole in the capsule and some gel will come out of it. You have to mix that in the mixture of oil. Stir the mixture well and heat it for half a min. Make sure you don’t put this bowl of mixture directly on gas/oven or else it may catch fire. Instead keep this bowl of mixture into another big bowl half-filled with water and then heat it up. Apply the mixture onto your hair and massage it for 4-5 mins. Repeat this activity 2-3 times a week for best results and please do tell me if it is helpful. And yes if you wish take 2-3 pictures of your hair before you start this method, so you may see the difference after you start applying.
(You may get rid of hair loss by taking cold water showers)
*All About Skin:
Basically there are three types of skin- dry, sensitive and oily. Many of you might be having oily skin, some might be having sensitive and some may be having dry skin. You need to take as much good care of your skin as you can. You know what is the main problem for teenagers regarding skin? Yes, the pimple problem. Many of the people start worrying when a pimple pops up the face, don’t you? There’s nothing wrong in it as I am also the one who does so. I was also the one who had frequent pimples until I started taking care of my skin and following the tips given below. If you too are dealing with the same problem, give these things a try and let me know if it works out. Let’s first discuss about causes of Pimples.
1. Causes Of Pimple
*Pimples on forehead may occur because of two reasons- Lack of sleep & dandruff. You should have at least 8 hours of sleep in order to remain stress free. Dandruff is also a major cause of small acne on forehead. The dandruff from your scalp falls on your forehead and acne occurs. Make sure you give a try to the tips given in hair section for removing dandruff
*Even on the other parts of face it occurs due to stress, pollution and not washing your face frequently.
*It may also occur due to heredity- if your parents had these problems, there are chances that it may affect you too.
*The other cause is hormonal changes. It is obvious as you cross the age of puberty, you suffer from these kind of things. Don’t worry I got some really good and easy solutions for it.
[a] Please Don’t Pop It Out:
The pimple situation becomes worse when you pop up a pimple. I know how it feels when this little guy is up on your face for days but that doesn’t mean you have to pop it up. Remember this thing, if you pop it up once just for the sake that it goes away and you won’t look bad, please don’t do it. You are making your situation even more worse, trust me. It spreads up inside your skin and you will definitely have more of them soon. So better keep this in mind.
[b] Use Scarves/Dupatta:
Don’t forget to wear scarves/dupatta while you go somewhere out on your vehicle. The dirt from outside may stick to your face, gets clogged in and increases the chance of pimples.
[c] Drink More Water & Have Enough Sleep:
A steady flow of H20 will help you to fight against breakouts. Skin cells require water to function properly. Dehydration causes damage. All skin conditions and diseases in the body would become worse in the body not receiving enough water.
Sleep is also one of the causes. You should at least get 8 hours of sleep a day to avoid stress and breakouts.
[d] Ice Cubes:
Applying ice cubes onto your pimple can help to remove the oil and dirt clogged in your pores. All you have to do is take 2-3 pieces of ice in a thin handkerchief and apply to your affected area gently in a dabbing motion. The ice causes your pimple to dry up faster and soon it will be removed. Ice also reduces the amount of inflammation and pain that is caused by the pimple and also helps your pores to shrink down.
Now, I know this is kind of a weird thing but yes toothpaste does really well on pimples. As per my suggestion you must not make use of toothpaste on your skin to a greater extent unless you have to go somewhere in a function or anything else like that. Toothpaste helps your pimple to dry up faster and reduces it in size. All you have to do is take a small amount of toothpaste on your finger and gently dab it on your affected area. Make sure you use white toothpaste only without lemon as an ingredient in it. I suggest you to use glister from amway.
*Moving On To Acne Scars:
Acne scars is one of the worst things to spoil your entire face. They make a place on your face if you pop up the pimple and they do last for a very long time and if your won’t take proper care of it, they may last forever. Believe me guys I was the girl who had lots of red scars on my face as I had this bad habit of popping up pimples. But yes, I found my ways to get rid of it and now I probably don’t have any. I’m mentioning some of my tips that I tried and got amazing results. You can surely give it a try if you’re going through the same.
[a] Tea Tree Oil:
Tea tree oil is an effective natural treatment for people fighting against acne scars. Tea tree oil has many anti-bacterial properties. It moisturizes & regains skins natural oil balance. Tea tree oil goes deep into the skin & removes toxins from pores and prevents it from clogging; thus prevents from acne and also lightens the scars. Tea tree oil removes dead skin and as a result lightens the scars. You can also use toner made of tea tree oil.
